Our Story
Owners Luke Allday and Charlie Miller have been friends since their school days and live and breathe this local community.
“A passion for property and customer service led to successful careers spanning over 45 years working for national estate agency firms. Along the way we’ve navigated every twist and turn ofmarketing, selling, buying, letting or renting properties and learnt exactly what it takes to achieve the best outcomes for customers”.
But we wanted to offer something different, something better. An agent with a more personalised outlook, a million miles away from a one size fits all approach.
An estate agent with tailored property marketing, outstanding customer service, a dynamic and hungry team always eager to help. An agency where sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, land-owners and developers are valued and listened to – never just a number. And so Allday & Miller was born.

Luke started his estate agency career in 1999 as a junior and progressed through the ranks to become the Sales Director of a market-leading estate agents, before establishing Allday & Miller. He has a proven track record of delivering results in every market through building and motivating high-performance teams and a strong belief in excellent customer service.
Luke lives locally with his family and when he isn’t working, Luke can be found watching Chelsea, playing golf, or spending time with his fiancée Mikala and children Isabella and Emilia.

Charlie started his career in Estate agency straight from school in 1999 and has worked in the local area ever since, before establishing Allday & Miller he was running the best performing branch of a market-leading estate agents. Charlie is an accomplished property professional with a passion for marketing, building relationships, and developing brand strategy. He has built a reputation of providing a personal and professional service that puts the client first.
Charlie is born and bred locally and when he isn’t working, he enjoys keeping fit, reading, watching Brentford Fc and spending time with his Mum and nephews Remi & Harlem

Thomas is well respected member of the industry and has a genuine passion for property and has gained over 15 years of experience. Priding himself on exceptional levels of customer service and building strong client relations.
Thomas was born in Hillingdon and lives locally and attended Bishophalt School.
Outside of work Thomas enjoys early morning gym sessions, spending time with partner Emma as well as being a season ticket holder at his beloved Brentford Fc.

She is a Lettings Specialist and describes herself as a hard-working, organised and an approachable problem solver, ideal for this role.</p?
Holly keeps herself very busy outside of work, and enjoys keeping fit, socialising and looking after her dachshund Gus

Sophie is an integral part of the Allday & Miller team in her role as a sales progressor. She has 11 years’ experience working in Estate Agency and is well placed to assist buyers from the point at which a sale is agreed, right through to completion. Sophie prides herself on delivering excellent customer service, and says her dedication and organisational skills make her well suited to the role. She says that listening and communication are also key qualities in a successful sales progressor, and we couldn’t agree more.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys spending time with her young daughter Polly, as well as exploring new places.
