The rental value of your property

With a free property valuation you’ll find out the value of your property and expected rental income. Using our experience and local property knowledge, we provide accurate and realistic rental valuations.

First class property marketing

Let’s make your property stand out. Our marketing includes professional photography, video tours, floorplans, virtual tours and even aerial footage. We market your property on the major property portals including Rightmove and Zoopla.

Step 3

Using our database of qualified tenants

We know who’s looking to rent a property like yours and will reach out to our list of qualified tenants as part of our ‘sneak-peek’ preview – even before we market your property fully

Step 4

Viewings and offers

We’ll only put forward suitable tenants for viewings. To speed up the process, tenants often view properties virtually before visiting the property to make sure it’s right for them. We’ll negotiate and confirm offers and tenure details on your behalf.

Step 5

Tenant referencing

We’ll carry out detailed referencing using a recognised tenant referencing system, including full ID checks and right to rent checks to make sure all regulations and legal requirements are met. Deposits will be collected via a regulatory Deposit Scheme.

Step 6

Move-in day!
